Dr. Jacob Ossoff

Dr. Ossoff is a native of Illinois and split his early years between Chicago and Nashville. He completed Medical School at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He completed a five-year residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. Dr. Ossoff is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.

Dr. Ossoff treats his patients as individuals and formulates treatment plans consistent with their individual goals and preferences. He does so by dedicating the time needed to learn about their personal health history and to engage in shared decision making.

Dr. Ossoff provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for disorders of the ears, nose, and throat and the head and neck. Dr. Ossoff has a special interest in treating nasal obstruction, sinus disease, thyroid nodules, salivary gland and neck masses, and the reconstruction of skin cancer defects on the head and neck.

In his free time, Dr. Ossoff enjoys hiking, cycling, reading, and spending time with his wife and their sweet rescue dog.
